Our current standard delivery expectation is up to 5-7 working days. We’re working hard to get your Planners to you as quickly as possible. If we have a note of your email address from your order, as soon as we have despatched your order, we will send you an email to let you know that it's on its way, please check your Junk folder. We use Royal Mail and we are finding delivery is slower than normal.
We’re only a small team, therefore please allow the full 7 working days before requesting an order update.
You will receive an email confirmation when you place an order. Please check your junk inbox if it doesn't arrive.
Our prices include Royal Mail Second Class delivery. For the UK please allow 3-4 working days for delivery, after notification of dispatch.
You are able to upgrade to First Class for an additional cost of £2.39, please select this option during the checkout process.
All orders placed before 2pm shall be shipped within 2 working days.
Please note that during busy periods, there may be a delay. This will include product launches and sales. You will receive an email when your item has been wrapped and handed over to the postman.
Please note delays in the service of Royal Mail are out of our control. If you haven't received your order within this timescale, we ask that you allow an additional 4 working days before you get in touch with us.
