Our returns policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item, we are sorry to hear that! But please email us and specify in the Subject line “Return/Exchange Request.

We want happy customers, so please send us the details and we’ll always come back too you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, it is your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. Please note; we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. If this happens, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss.
